Key Criteria of Entrepass
What’s the Entrepass requirement?
- Company registration is not required for the application but if you have an existing business in Singapore, the company must be less than 6 months old;
- You must fulfil any one of the innovative requirements stated by MOM for entrepreneurs:
Entrepreneur Stream Criteria
- Secured funding from Government- Approved Venture Capitalist (VC) or business angel;
- An incubatee at a Government recognized Incubator accelerator; or
- Have substantial business experience or entrepreneurial track record of operating highly scalable business;
Innovator Stream Criteria
- You or the company holds an intellectual property that is registered with the Approved National Intellectual Property Institution that delivers competitive edge to your proposed business
- You or your company has research collaboration with the Institute of higher learning or Singapore research Institute
- You have an outstanding achievement in the key area of domain expertise for the proposed business.
Investor Stream Criterion
- You have good experience in investing in businesses and you are willing to invest a substantial amount of money in a local company
