Option A: Entrepreneur Visa

  • Invest a minimum capital of NZD 100,000 (excluding the working capital of the business)
  • Attain 120 Points or more with
  • Concise business plan;
  • No criminal records or history of bankruptcy, fraud or business failure;
  • Pass health, character and English language requirements

Option B: New Zealand (NZ) Investor Visa

  • Invest a minimum of NZD 3 million in funds or assets in New Zealand;
  • At least 3 years of entrepreneurial & business experience;
  • Main applicant must be below 65 year-old
  • Meet the English Language requirement;
  • No criminal records

Option C: New Zealand (NZ) Investor Plus

  • Invest NZD 10 million into acceptable investments (bonds, equities, property or other investments like philanthropic investments, angel funds or network’s investments) in New Zealand over a period of 3 years;
  • No criminal records
