\u51c6\u8bc1\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u8bf7\u7ee7\u7eed\u9605\u8bfb\u53d8\u5316\u6458\u8981\u548c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d8\u5316\u5c06\u5bf9\u60a8\u4ea7\u751f\u54ea\u4e9b\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u589e\u52a0\u5c31\u4e1a\u6700\u4f4e\u6708\u85aa<\/h2>\n<p>\u81ea 2020 \u5e74 9 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u65b0\u5c31\u4e1a\u51c6\u8bc1\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6708\u85aa\u8981\u6c42\u5c06\u4ece\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684 S$3,900 \u53d8\u4e3a S$4,500\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5e94\u8058\u8005\u7ecf\u9a8c\u66f4\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u76f8\u5e94\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5df2\u529e\u7406\u7eed\u7b7e\u7684\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u65b0\u8981\u6c42\u5c06\u4ece 2021 \u5e74 5 \u6708\u8d77\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u60a8\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u63d0\u9ad8\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u53ca\u683c\u6700\u4f4e\u6708\u85aa<\/h2>\n<p>\u7ee7\u4e4b\u524d\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u8005\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u85aa\u916c\u540e\uff0c\u81ea 2020 \u5e74 12 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a\u65b0\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6708\u85aa\u5c06\u53d8\u4e3a S$5,000\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u66f4\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5e94\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u85aa\u916c\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u90a3\u4e9b\u5df2\u7533\u8bf7\u7eed\u671f\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u8981\u6c42\u4ec5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e 2021 \u5e74 5 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u4ee5\u540e\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u63d0\u9ad8 S Pass \u6700\u4f4e\u6708\u85aa<\/h2>\n<p>\u81ea 2020 \u5e74 10 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u6240\u6709 S \u901a\u884c\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6708\u85aa\u5c06\u4ece S$2,400 \u63d0\u9ad8\u5230 S$2,500\uff0c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u8d8a\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6708\u85aa\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7eed\u7b7e\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff0c\u8be5\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u4ece 2021 \u5e74 5 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\u751f\u6548\u3002S \u901a\u884c\u8bc1\u7684\u5f81\u7a0e\u548c\u914d\u989d\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0d\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u7533\u8bf7\u5c31\u4e1a\u51c6\u8bc1\u548c S \u51c6\u8bc1\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879<\/h2>\n<p>\u4eba\u529b\u90e8\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u9274\u4e8e\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u5927\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5e94\u52aa\u529b\u5efa\u7acb\u548c\u7ef4\u6301\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6838\u5fc3\u5458\u5de5\u7fa4\u4f53\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fd8\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u5728\u8003\u8651\u51c6\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u8003\u8651\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u96c7\u4e3b\u662f\u5426\u652f\u6301 PMET\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u516c\u5e73\u8003\u91cf\u6846\u67b6<\/h2>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u662f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mom.gov.sg\/employment-practices\/fair-consideration-framework\">\u516c\u5e73\u5bf9\u4ef7\u6846\u67b6<\/a> \u8981\u6c42\u96c7\u4e3b\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u516c\u5e03\u804c\u4f4d\u7a7a\u7f3a\u4fe1\u606f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg\/\">\u6211\u7684\u804c\u4e1a\u672a\u6765<\/a> \u4ece 2020 \u5e74 10 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8be5\u6846\u67b6\u5c06\u8981\u6c42\u5728 MyCareersFuture.sg \u4e0a\u4e3a EP \u548c S \u51c6\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4fdd\u7559\u7a7a\u7f3a\u804c\u4f4d 28 \u5929\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u65b0\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u51c6\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u524d\u8003\u8651\u672c\u5730\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u3002\u81ea 2020 \u5e74 10 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8be5\u6846\u67b6\u5c06\u8981\u6c42\u5728 MyCareersFuture.sg \u4e0a\u4e3a\u5c31\u4e1a\u51c6\u8bc1\u548c S \u51c6\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4fdd\u7559\u7a7a\u7f3a\u804c\u4f4d 28 \u5929\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8be5\u5e7f\u544a\u4e5f\u5c06\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u65b0\u7684 S \u51c6\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684 PMET \u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u6982\u51b5\u663e\u793a\u5bf9\u672c\u5730\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u504f\u89c1\uff0c\u8be5\u90e8\u5c06\u628a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5217\u5165\u516c\u5e73\u8003\u8651\u6846\u67b6\u89c2\u5bdf\u540d\u5355\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684 EP \u548c S \u901a\u884c\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ec0\u4e48<\/h2>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5b9a\u521d\u542c\u8d77\u6765\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u4eba\u751f\u754f\uff0c\u4f46\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u4eba\u6709\u5229\u3002\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8d44\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8
