The reviews all Employment Pass applications to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Notably, there is no cap on the number of Singapore Employment Passes that a Singapore-based company can sponsor. To be eligible for an Employment Pass, candidates must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Earn a minimum salary of S$5,000 or more per month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a degree or a professional qualification from a recognised institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess at least 3 &#8211; 5 years of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company sponsor should meet the sponsoring criteria of an Employment Pass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to the Employment Pass Application from 1 January 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting from 1 January 2025, candidates must meet the new points-based Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) requirements, scoring a minimum of 40 points to be eligible for the pass. The salary benchmarks has been revised for certain sectors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii. Companies must now ensure that the proposed salaries meet the update salary benchmark to score 10 points in COMPASS; 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C2: Qualifications Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i. Updated list of Internationally recognised institutions that qualifies for both 10 and 20 points.
