There has been a lot of adverse publicity in recent years concerning EP passes. I used One Visa to obtain my initial EP 2 years ago. They provided excellent advice and guidance on the application process and managed the whole process efficiently and expertly. I received my approval within 2 weeks of application. I have now renewed my EP using One Visa who once again were highly professional and responsive. The approval was again received within 10 days of the application. I cannot recommend One Visa highly enough.

Due to covid, the EP requirements went up and my case was a difficult one but One Visa guided and advised at every step and helped prepare the supporting documents.

Best agency for work passes in Singapore, after my previous EP application was reject I found out about one-visa and contacted them, Mea explained despite covid and everything else I should be able to get my EP approved. And after all paper work has been done and application submited by Mea and Yue Ying my EP was approved in less then 4 weeks.
For sure we will use ONE-VISA for our future enquiries.

These guys are amazing. Excellent customer service and incredible knowledge of immigration issues in Singapore. They managed to save my partner’s EP which had been previously rejected (prepared by another agency). Cheng made the whole experience peasant. I highly recommend them.
