applicants are assessed against the Subclass 155 and 157 visa conditions when an RRV application is lodged. A maximum period of three months may be granted on a Subclass 157 RRV if the applicant is eligible for one and the conditions for a <a href=\"https:\/\/immi.homeaffairs.gov.au\/visas\/getting-a-visa\/visa-listing\/resident-return-visa-155-157\">Subclass 155 RRV<\/a> are not
