Cheng King Heng is the Founder and Senior Immigration Consultant at One Visa Pte Ltd, specialising in Singapore work passes, company incorporation, business relocation, and international mobility solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in immigration and global mobility advisory, Cheng has assisted entrepreneurs, HR teams, multinational companies, and foreign professionals in navigating Singapore’s evolving immigration landscape.

Cheng holds a postgraduate qualification in Immigration Law & Practice from Victoria University and is also a Registered Migration Agent in Australia, strengthening his expertise in cross-border migration and international residency planning. In Singapore, Cheng serves as the Key Appointment Holder of a MOM-Licensed Employment Agency (EA Personnel No. R1102471).

His areas of expertise include Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, ONE Pass, EntrePass, Singapore Permanent Residence (PR), investor migration strategies, and company incorporation for foreign entrepreneurs relocating to Singapore.
